Abstract

“Ministry of Human Resource Development” is the name of our Central Education Department. Human beings will be transformed into human resources. Only through education can an enlightened citizen be considered a human resource. But in the present scenario, a major challenge to our nation is the scarcity of good citizens. If a good citizen is the product of a proper education system, we should investigate where the current crisis lies. A few promising social organisations have been shouldering this question.
