Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

  1. The paper should be submitted with an 'Abstract' within 200 words. Authors have to mention 5 to 6 Key Words' be placed just below the abstract. Subject classification code should be mentioned. The preferred pattern of the paper is as follows: Title, Author's affiliations, Abstract, Subject classification, Key Words, Introduction, Objective / Methodology, Discussion /Analysis, Conclusion, and References.
  2. Bibliography / References should be maintained by MLA Style (8).
  3. The Journal invites original unpublished Research Papers, Case Studies, Scholarly Articles, Book reviews etc. Manuscripts submitted to the journal should be based on authentic work only with no plagiarism.
  4. An article may be submitted in English, Sanskrit or Bengali, etc. version with the format .doc, .docx.: For English Version: Article should be in Single column, Font: Times New Roman, Size: 12 pt, Line Spacing: 1.5, Word Limit: maximum 5000. For Bengali Version: Article should be in Single column, Font: Bangla Word Kalpurush, Size: 18 pt, Caption 20 pt, Authors Name 16 pt, Line Spacing: 1.5, For Sanskrit /others latest version, is preferred with the same configuration of Bengali.
  5. Papers submitted for publication must not have been published elsewhere, or under consideration for publication by other journals, books, seminars or conferences, etc. Once submitted should not be returned.
  6. Tables, Charts, and Graphs related to the paper should be placed properly.
  7. Clarity, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and consistency of references should be checked very carefully before submitting the paper.
  8. The filled-up Copyright form should be submitted at the time of manuscript/paper submission.
  9. The editors and reviewers of the journal are fully authorized to make the rejection, modifier, and acceptance of the manuscripts/ papers.

 The author(s) reserve(s) all proprietary rights such as copyrights and the right to use all or part of the article in future works of their own such as lectures, press releases, and reviews of textbooks. In the case of republication of the whole, part, or parts thereof, in periodicals or reprint publications by a third party, written permission must be obtained from the Editor-in-Chief Teachers' Journal.

  • I hereby declare that the material being presented by me in this paper is our original work, and does not contain or include material taken from other copyrighted sources. Wherever such material has been included, it has been clearly indented or/and identified by quotation marks and due and proper acknowledgments given by citing the source at appropriate places.
  • The paper, the final version of which I enclose, is not substantially the same as any that I/we have already published elsewhere.
  • I/we have not sent the paper or any paper substantially the same as the enclosed one, for publication anywhere else.
  • Furthermore, the author may only post his/her version provided acknowledgment is given to the original source of publication and a link is inserted to the published article on Teachers' Journal website.
  • The submitted/enclosed camera-ready paper is thoroughly proofread by me and in conformity with the instructions for authors communicated to me.
